Through the protagonists, an Uruguayan songwriter, Raúl Gadea, and his producer, Tito, we travel through Spain that hovers between surrealism, dreams and drugs, until we understand the true message of Albert Pla: Spain sucks. Riots in the Basque Country, deaths in Catalonia by language defence and ridiculous patriotism, people fleeing terrorist attacks in Madrid, scams in Valencia, Murcia and part of Andalusia... Everything is absurd, because in reality Spain is a stupid country that does not hold up anywhere. And Albert Pla, although a better singer and poet than a novelist, tries to explain it to us as well as he can.
